He omits the fact that just because funding is increased, it doesn't meet the increase cost of student growth or inflation. Secondly, arbitration is a part of collective bargaining and is part of the processes and institutions established by our democracy and charter.

A provincial sales tax would pay for those things too. And we would have a better argument for potentially getting transfers... still wouldn't get them... but a better argument.
