It IS a great point. Seahawks won 14 games in regular season plus 2 more in playoffs. They should cede the spotlight and let a team like the Giants take their spot.

There are plenty of examples of reporters acting with no backbone, but I don’t think Ty is is one of those cases. He stood his ground and then she talked over him.

Maddux said he didn’t believe in waste pitches on 0-2 because 0-2 in the best count for a pitcher. Same should apply to 3-0 account hitter. Why give up that advantage when 3-0 is best count for a hitter?
