I urge Investigative Reporters look further into the VA Disability Program. The initial Washington Post article is suspect, and doesn’t reflect what’s truly happening on the ground, unless something extraordinary recently occurred of which I’m unaware. //End.

The steps for determining whether someone is disabled in both the VA & SSA Program’s are identical. The difference with Veteran’s is that they are given a Disability Rating, which is factored into their entitlement to VA benefits.

POTUS Bill Clinton successfully restructured all of our major Social Safety Net benefit Programs back in the 1990’s.

The truth is it’s extremely difficult to meet the eligibility requirements for VA, or SSA, Disability benefits. Claimants go through quite an ordeal once they submit applications…

I spent my entire legal career working with the SSA Disability Program, which parallels the VA Disability Program in many respects.

Trump/GOP are in the process of a full on attack AGAINST ALL Veterans…

Yes. Ex post Facto Law. A law written after something occurs, and efforts to enforce said law anyway.

Regardless, the Law was invalidly written contrary to well established Rules & Procedures, and cannot actually be considered Legitimate.

OMB changed the wording of the Law where Furloughed Federal Employees are guaranteed back pay, to reflect they are not.

Refusing to pay Unemployment, or Worker’s Comp. Benefits, requiring any Workers who try to obtain such benefits fight like tooth & nail to get them;

Going to great lengths to bust Labor Unions;
