100% Desitin. The purple kind, not the blue. Yes it's thicker and smells kind of funny. But it's a lot more effective. The fact it's only purpose is to protect and heal diaper rash means, even clean, you're still announcing your little potty-pants status. Up to you if that's a feature or a bug. ;)
