I've figured out my Dr needs 3 symptoms to put you on HRT, 2 isn't quite enough...

Ah!! I never got blood tests. It seems menopause/HRT care is so different all over the country. Some surgeries have dedicated meno drs, others have very little clue.

Yup. I tried HRT last year but it didn't agree with me because I assumed something and stopped taking something else and I got really ill so going back to less sleep and night sweats was almost a relief!! But right now I need sleeeeeeeep. New job, wanna stay energised and not burn out.

Was organic, I guess the chemicals they usually use help this from happening as quickly. Lemons always seem to be a good idea at the time then I never use them all up!
