Just heard Leah Litman (Strict Scrutiny YT) make a chilling point: if a president tries to send one state’s National Guard into another, that’s not law and order that’s civil war.

Sit with that for a bit. POTUS is essentially attempting to orchestrate a Civil War… in broad daylight.

Why in the world would they want to edit out — "Plenary authority" is a complete and absolute power to take action on a particular issue, without any limitations or qualifications.

Stephen Miller said the quiet part out loud. Trump has “plenary authority,” then suddenly went silent. Their plan wasn’t to be public yet. Clearly, someone hit the panic button in his earpiece.

Last I checked, federal agents cannot break the the state laws — and assault with a deadly weapon is a pretty big law to break. They are on public property getting shot. @govpritzker.illinois.gov you have the power to arrest the shooters.

I'm just so glad my grandfather is dead, and does not have to experience what this country has fallen into. He was the son of an immigrant, US Navy vet, an honorable man, a very good husband and father.
