I can't attest to every design pictured in the original post, some of the art looks AI but a lot of artists like myself get placed at Hot Topic + Spencers legitimately & get paid for it. Unfortunately it looks like Spencer's decided to add AI as well but Hot Topic hasn't gotten there yet thankfully.

I have a question if you'd like to have a chat. I'm an artist who gave permission to sell my work to stores, but I get where you're coming from. Retail will always chase trends for $$$, but my thought is I'd rather them pay a legitimate artist over selling AI garbage. What's your take on that?

From what I understand this is a "generic" made by an internal team but I do know they're looking to support artists in the community and already have an artist or two rolled out 😊
