We do about 1/8 of EH's distro sales but have a wholesale program that does fairly well. I'll be ramping up an awareness campaign directed at retailers this year for it.

My question: What would make purchasing direct easier or influence you to purchase direct vs a distributor?

I want to make sure I understand what is being presented: This is EH's revenue from third-party distributors, and does not include IPR and direct sales from your web store and other EH-owned channels, correct?
