(I know this is mostly a skill issue on my part, but I got “lured” into this school by the promise to be for people with these exact issues and I’ve yet to see any of the difference/improvement I was told it would give me)
Current exam practising phase really brings me back to December of 2014, where I also had to practise for a shit ton of exams, thought a feeling of relaxation would kick in afterwards, but instead got burnt out so hard that it took til this year(!) to feel like I’ve recovered from it somewhat 🫡
