Pink I think works best for the emotional range in the expressions. It may come a bit close to Amy rose territory, which isn’t a terrible thing, but maybe going closer to red or orange than pink might help with that

I always start these runs because there’s a mon I’m excited to have on my team (in this case, Claydol) and then there’s always a surprise mvp I’m delighted by which, in this playthru, was Sandslash.

My Ground-type team from Pokemon Sapphire. Ground is one of my fav types so this was a long time comin!

I love these type of challenging restrictions and I carried this over into the palette. As with last time this piece consists of 9 colors (plus black and white) ✨

you can love a character and still admit when they're wrong. we love Shadow but we can acknowledge his flaws (he has none) and we can hold him accountable for his wrongdoings (he has never done anything wrong in his life) and call him out on his actions (which are always correct)

Still finishing up my piece of my Ground type team from Sapphire, but while I was putting that off, I finished my Fire type run of Pokemon X.
