#BREAKING—The #ProductionGap report finds gov'ts plan to produce more than 2x the amount of fossil fuels by 2030 than consistent with limiting warming to 1.5°C.

This requires replacing fossil based heating systems 3 times faster than we do today

for this, targeted subsidies and regulatory incentives are crucial. They enable heater replacement in combination with better insulation.

However, regulations for heating system replacement, as well as subsidies, vary substantially across cantons.
