How people can’t see through this bullshit is incredible

Right I see what you mean, I agree it was the right choice to send him on loan and have Nwaneri get minutes behind Odegaard.

We played a stupid amount of games in January with Jesus and Saka injured in December, it was an obvious decision to recall Vieira just to have a body.

100%, il y aura envers 6 ou même 7 joueurs qui vont quitter l’équipe, et je n’ai pas beaucoup de confiance dans la capacité de notre effectif pour gérer un été aussi actif.

What’s the point of a scouting department if we’re just going to wait on established names to move?? It’s honestly embarrassing watching how much the players and coach have given, and it’s clearly not being reciprocated.

And how much was the tax payer going to subsidise Astra-Zeneca? Probably why it wasn’t committed

He’s our Cole Palmer no.10

If the Guardian wants to peddle clickbait just go back to X

We just lack transitional threat, players that eat up big spaces, are direct, have great ball striking. Hopefully we fix this over the next few transfer windows. Rice, Nwaneri, and Martinelli are probably the only players that have these attributes.

This is why I don’t understand why Liverpool fans are blaming TAA for their sporting director’s incompetence.

Feels as though this could be the most important January window of the Arteta era, and this is including outgoings as well. The club must find external solutions surely!

Odegaard has never been a big space eater though and what holds him back from being a de facto 10 is his ability in transitions. Incredible player but he’s a Bernardo silva rather than KDB/Palmer

A bit opportunistic mate but if you ever do not need to use your ST I’d be keen to take any available games!

Is every game doing £4 pints up to an hour before kick off?

For the people lambasting the Labour government demanding change in 5 months, look at how long its projected to take to turnaround an organisation. An entire country will take decades!

PSG of old would be a great shout but they’re in their project youth phase. An Inter Milan would be very interesting though, my only concern with Italy would be what salary they could afford.

An absolutely brilliant read, you have a fantastic way with words.

I guess it’s more on the free transfer. I agree City don’t need him and it’s highly unlikely
Salah sours his legacy to join them, but they absolutely have the reserves to throw a boatload of money at him if he signs on a free and instantly becomes their best winger.

Franchise player

The problem they also have is that he’s still more than good enough to play for another premier league team. They would absolutely kick themselves letting him walk on a free whilst he’s able to still produce at least 20 g/a seasons. I think they’ll land on a 3 year deal with an option.

Last season Arteta only trusted 13 players. We signed Calafiori, Merino, and Sterling in the summer thinking it goes to 16, but it’s still 13 given Sterling, Jesus, and Zinchenko’s form (Kiwior too maybe).

Is this just football, is it Arteta, or do we need to be more aggressive in transfer windows?
