The 8th Amendment forbids cruel and unusual punishment. A legitimate court would stop this. The Code of criminal law
provides that those sentenced to incarceration are sent to the Bureau of Prisons. That would have to be amended by Congress. Unlikely any of this will happen. .

The best way to move up in society is with public schools and public libraries. MAGA doesn’t want an educated lower economic class. In many states it’s his base.
