Really had to work through performance anxiety. Relearned how to have fun as a d-type, and not default to my routine but to make it a collaboration, which meant dropping my expectations and be willing to lean on improv principles

Might be a good idea. Sounds like you could use a bit more communication with your bottoms. Negotiating before hand, telling them what you want/will do
