Oh fun! Good to know. I’m a victim of that “must perfect a language before moving to another” fallacy for the most part, so I’m pretending like I’m going to improve my B1 French before starting Italian for real.

I also have a bit of Russian! And followed a suuuuper similar thought path. Czech feels more like a latinized Russian, but it’s still not as easy as I wanted it to be. Polish is, I’m convinced, impossible.

Half my coworkers are Polish or Czech and I absolutely cannot believe how difficult both languages are.
