I kept trying to think of the other word besides calming that I wanted to add and then my son reminded me of satisfying.

It is, it's been 3 days and the Sheriff's just today started talking about sending up a helicopter and issuing a Silver Alert. We've been driving up and down the same stretch of freeway for the last few days but the terrain is steep and rocky and lots of places we can't see.

Thank you! And yeah, her phone is off or broke, she hasn't used her debit card, which was all the money she had, since right after she left Sunday for gas. So it's been 3 nights of no food or water bought. They just today might finally do a silver alert but should have been done Sunday.
