When Joseph was in the pit, he didn’t know that God had a palace in his future, but he kept trusting God anyway. When life bangs you up, trust that God can work all things for good, and take you from the pit to the palace.

At times, we can find it hard to believe that God will keep His promises, but texts such as Joshua 21:45 encourage us that the Lord always does what He says He will do. Let us believe that God will keep His promises this day, and let us turn to His Word to strengthen our trust in His fidelity.

Medical staff: “I believe so, but if you’re worried, you can try to find another place.”

Why is the onus on disabled people to find access?
The onus should be on a hospital to provide it.

There can be no inclusion for disabled people until it includes all disabled people and all disabled people at every intersection of disability.

Years into this, I still find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to go to my DOCTOR to get a referral and then wait for approval from ZIMRA just to get my disability rebate.

1. Drink a cup of water now. It’s good for your kidneys.
2. No soda, packaged fruit juice, or added sugar today.
3. Red meat is good for you.
4. Eat “cooked” meat.
5. Exercise for at least 30 minutes or take at least 30 minutes long for the long walk today.
6. Prioritize non-sugary fruits.
