Millennium Whisper is one of those projects and has been chosen as the Game of the Week. Set at the tail end of 1999 at Escafeld College, it’s an Early Access relationship sim where all of the AI runs locally on your own hardware and every character model is trained on in-house performances from real actors instead of scraped data.
