Hard work pays off.
I dialed in a lot of the lighting settings entirely and reworked the day night system to focus more on color-toning instead of realistic lighting.

Started working on world scale a bit more with Atlas.

The white cliffs to the right are about a 2-3 minute run from my position.

The pink cliffs to the left are probably another 10 minutes out.

Very rough start of building corruption zone that will creep from each infected node. I am working on the logic right now so that when it touches a non-infected node, it will trigger a domino effect across the game world.

We can tie this into all kinds of world events.

Still a LOT of work to do to polish this type of stuff, but there is framework done for destructive wall interactions. I think stuff like this can be a lot of fun to explore the game world for secret pathways and chambers.

AI Update - Enemies will pursue much more aggressively by dynamically sprinting, running, etc towards their target to break the distance quicker. This will also allow me to delve deeper into advanced AI to make them fight more dynamically.
