Rolling the dice on a potential deal. Ideally pairing these $4 alpaca wool gloves with $10 inner Rothco GI polypropylene glove liners and these $6 outer dark brown leather work gloves or something classier for everyday extreme cold wear.

Better stock up. I'm a lifetime smoker and 4 of these gas station gummies will put me right for 6 hours and costs around 2 bucks to do so. That's the value point. The rest is a shell game featuring big weed, big hemp, big liquor and the Government looking quite undignfied clawing at my $ stash bag

So heads up to anyone becoming prepper-ish because of our wannabe king. If you buy dehydrated or dried veggies that aren't flakes, you might want a pressure cooker. I opened some of mine stored since 2020 because sunlight. They are not very appealing texture wise. Diced potatoes, corn, gn beans etc

So these were in my camping food box. From 2020. Both are edible. The Mott's still tastes original, the Annie's leather morphed into some raisiny tasting third thing. Still good tho. Definitely due to rotate 🤣

My modest collection of very long term storable food. Some Sodium laden post apocalypse stuff, with a few dual purpose backpacking food quality items and other dehydrated items too basic to poison. This includes bags of mashed potatoes and layers to soups, tuna and insty meals with quicklime heaters

Yep. Just got the letter from the state. I was foolish enough to believe it was a good plan to let unused benefits accumulate on my ebt card. Because that seemed safe, right? Easier to carry. So much hamburger helper... All at once too.

Foodstamp cashout. Focus shifts to what's stable enough to store elsewhere. 20 lbs of Zulka sugar too. and yes there was a foodstamp ribeye beside the case of quality ebt paid dark chocolate. Alot of emphasis on adding low prep stuff i wouldn't normally buy in case of instability. Order 1 of 3

Cooking the foods. Roasted Pepper for Romesco sauce, sweet potatoes with maple syrup and a chicken sausage and white bean dish with onions and red peppers. Around 20 bucks with a pound of fresh ground pb. Kinda high
