I choose discussion over arguing. I choose conversation over just telling people they are wrong. I prefer to act like an adult and not just name call. My way of doing things I actually talked someone out of voting for Trump last year. What have you done other than preach to a choir?

I highly recommend you read the book How Minds Change by David McRaney. Perhaps then you might find a better way to actually communicate with people rather then resort to childish name calling which in the end resolves nothing.

My friends not silly they are actually pretty intelligent. They feel that these initiatives are racist towards white people and cause more division at the workplace. It’s valid opinion that needs to be disproven with facts & evidence. We on the left should be more open to debate and not name calling
