“The best thing to work on is more internal,” Tarifi told BI. “Meditate. Socialize with your friends. Get to know yourself emotionally.”

Ebikes are heavy! Mines 65lbs and if you're commuting from the hills, every trip involves riding the brakes all the way down. And bike shops charge a lot extra for ebikes, but now I can change my pads pretty quick, so it's not bad.

Tell me about it. I have to replace my pads ~every 500 miles/6mo. Everyday I ride my brakes downhill and dread the rain.

The regen is for braking, not really for power. These bikes are heavy and come in cargo versions, on a long descent, the regen will have zero brake fade. And it's fully electronic so it supports ABS. It still needs the mechanical brake for emergencies, but like some escooters, it won't get used much

I have an e-bike. The regulations should only be on max speed and weight. 750W will not get you up a steep hill and isn’t strong enough for a cargo bike with kids. We need to make it easier for people to ditch their cars. This bike is meant for two adults, if the max speed were lower,it’d be perfect
