Yup. A lot of people come in here thinking it's gonna be BIG because the other place was, that they will get attention because of whatever they're selling but it doesn't work like that.
I have ZERO interest in following anyone who's selling anything. We steeped in sales tactics and hawking stuff...

Oh I'm sure it is unique, especially if you cultured it yourself or left it out, or put local grapes in it, etc. That's why "San Francisco Sourdough" is the best. Because they have unique yeasts!

the Following tab. I can't understand Bsky changing something so drastically without giving users the option to remove what we didn't want in the first place.

Yeah I hate this SO MUCH. I have like just a few people that excessively repost so it's like 40 reposts a day. 99.9% of which I really don't want to see.
I used lists so I could AVOID the reposts.
So this makes it pretty unusable for me.
Only thing I've found is using Skyfeed instead with toggle.

I use Lists only (not the Following feed) and I hate that they make us see reposts now with no way to turn it off.
The only thing I have found is to use SkyFeed.app and it has a toggle off reposts button under the filter setting.

Suddenly my feed is overwhelmed with reposts but I don't want to mute or de-list those people. I want to see their POSTS. NOT their REPOSTS! PLEASE give us control!

Are you using Lists?
They seem to have added reposts to the Lists (I don't use the Following Feed) without also creating a way to turn them off, and yeah it makes a whole lot more to scroll through. I'm not a fan.

All sorts of pollution is going to get MUCH MUCH WORSE unless we flip the House and Senate in April and IMPEACH TRUMP out of office. Or just arrest his a$$.
