Hi, I’m Parker. I make art and sometimes I organize things. The Ballard Bubbler is the name I use when I create or do meetups. The name combines my neighborhood in Seattle and the regionally specific jargon for a water fountain (it’s a bubbler) from my Wisconsin origins.

Got to keep practicing my watercolors. Worked perfectly for some smoke. Could have done more shading wise but I made it too small for my brush skills.

Kuma is just hanging slightly off the couch staring intently at I have no idea what. This is not her normal couch look.

My dog, Kuma. A border collie / German shepherd mix, who is weirdly and intensely staring at nothing on the floor and sort of half hanging off the couch. She doesn’t normally sit like this.

A beachy and loose watercolor landscape from my latest class. This was my first time usingwhite gouache to add in water details and some tiny birds and clouds. I’m probably most happy with the water hitting the rocks and shore.

I’m learning a lot. Class has been fun.

The painting is of a beach scene with mostly sand in the foreground and some rocks. That becomes more rocks on the beach and a jetty into the water in the mid ground. The water has an emerald hue and is crashing against shore. The background of the image shifts to some green shrubs and trees as well as a longer landmass in the distance.

I’m proud of this one.

Yeah, we had a Greek translation on our discord from a fan over that way and the reports of the move sound very true. The first time I’ve been a little worried basketball wise, but I’d use an EU citizenship if I could too. So who who knows 🤷‍♂️
