i think there's a fundamental difference between the thing where we talk about how a necessary domestic outcome is that the president's policies hurt his voters so they know the president is not their friend and talking about people who suffer under our state's policy and have no real say in it

just so we're entirely clear you cannot be poor and own a home here. couldn't do it 20 years ago. it's a mixed single family and apartment neighborhood where the homes are not cheap. she was just an inconsiderate slob

it was a nice house but she did not take care of it until she was trying to sell it. a fuckin sty (for no reason!) making everyone else uncomfortable. she installed astroturf and tried to claim the native plants lawn renovation credit because it wasn't a grass lawn anymore

every year there would be a whole thing about how both properties on either side of hers had their privacy walls shifted by the movements of the earth and had to be torn down and rebuilt because they were half an inch onto Her Property, which, until this reno, i cannot stress enough was trash

they'd constantly pile trash on the easement without calling for bulk pickup, just broken furniture and shit, nothing anyone would take home. she told me my neighbor in my property was beating his dog and she could hear it, not true, i would have, and i'm pretty sure it's just because she's racist

ok we're back so she spent like what seems to me to be at least $10,000 and likely more building an ugly modern privacy slat facade for her house to increase its value on top of what are truly skyrocketing property values in this area to capitalize and i hope she barely broke even in the end

looked up the house of my worst neighbor who finally moved out last month and she originally listed the property months ago for *$700,000 more* than it eventually sold for and she would the self-important piece of shit. i am well pleased
