A new study claims that male mice who exercise pass micro-RNAs to their offspring through their sperm that increases the aerobic capacity of the offspring.

The claim is of epigenetic inheritance of a phenotype from the male parent.

I can definitely say his dorm does not. His dorm is the classic college dorm. Very small & no air conditioning. But the apartments are huge with a gorgeous kitchen.

Luckily the one we looked at has 3 bedrooms & kid will be sharing with 2 friends. But it is fully furnished with washer/drier and each bedroom has their own bathroom. 😃
