🔔 In scRNAseq, the top5 subpopulations (lymphos, basically follicular cells) = 97% of cells.
🚨 In CosMx SMI @brukerspatial.bsky.social ) these = 70%.
✍🏽 Spatial reveals epi & stromal diversity (but also immune tissue resident subsets), giving a much more faithful view of tissue composition.

🎇We resolve ~2M cells into 52 subpopulations across immune, epi & stromal compartments.
⁉️We interrogate cell-cell communication by modelling 181 signalling pairs at the niche- & subpopulation-level.
