What’s the ADV1 built from? 🛠️

Its main frame is crafted from 5052 aluminum, precision-cut and machined from ⅜” plate with a CNC router. The swing arm and suspension linkages use rugged 6061-T6 aluminum, with select components made from ultra-strong 7000 series aluminum. 🔧

Why We Bolt the ADV1 Frame — Not Weld It

Welded aluminum? Not on our watch. Welding 6061-T6 weakens the metal near the joints. Welding 6061-T4? You’d need a full heat treatment to recover its strength — risky, complex, and not worth the compromise.

How to make the trailer track perfectly behind all the different makes and models of motorcycles?

Answer: A centering plate that mounts to the trailer on one side, and the hitch arms on the other, allowing different configurations of where the hitch arms are in relation to the trailer.
