Spaghetti alla Chitarra with pink peppercorn, garlic and lime sauce.

A kind of a zesty, garlicky, pinky-peppercorny Alfredo, including lime zest and pecorino and roquito peppers on the top. Can’t believe I haven’t done much with pink peppercorns before. They’re flowery, fragrant and fun.
