Yeah, in terms of looks, the art is fine for s3, but it's the animation that either looks like pngs or like very basic animation that you'd expect from a small anime, not opm. All of s3 has been a long drawn out villain base raid, kinda like in mha. It's kinda boring imo

I've been skimming through the s3 eps as they release, gotta say, it really does dissapoint. Saitama hasn't even appeared in 3 of the last 4 eps. We're on ep 10 and all the saitama scenes added together doesn't even equal a single episode. And the quality makes s2 look pretty decent too
