It shouldn’t be ignored that Kash Patel chose to plead the Fifth in response to a grand jury subpoena over the Mar-a-Lago classified documents.

He only testified, involuntarily, after being granted immunity.

Think about that. Trump’s FBI nominee pled the Fifth in response to a DOJ subpoena.
