I’ve been on mood stabilisers for decades. While I appreciate not falling into depths of depression frequently, I’ve come to accept that I’ll never fully experience the opposite side of the spectrum - that sweet, sweet joy.

Maybe he’s just a bad person, and a drunk, put into a position he’s woefully under qualified for. Of course he’s spiralling. Send him back to Costco and he’ll probably be fine.

Bipolar 2 here. I have a mood stabiliser at night - Seroquel (quetiapine) and antidepressant in morning (fluoxetine). There are good meds out there. Once prescribed by a psych they can generally be renewed by your GP. Another successful mood stabiliser is Lithium. Agomelatine helps with sleep too.

He may or may not be bipolar. But we shouldn’t use that label to attack people who are probably just total arseholes. Some of us with bipolar are actually nice people.

Nothing will take this country down as being afraid of 47. He is an addled old fool that we all need to stand up to. Every court case by 47’s crime syndicate has been weak. A decent lawyer could beat it. Follow and stop being afraid.

Ugh! 😩 Feeling ill. Just spent half an hour over on Xitter. That place really is a toxic MAGA cesspool. People there are truly living in an alternate reality. Where peaceful protesters are “antifa rioters”. Where the Dems (who hold no power) are responsible for the coming shutdown. Bizarre. Gross!
