Thinking a lot about how much better I've felt over the past year or so ... I feel like I've changed a lot for the better so that's nice. I guess it's easier to improve yourself when the people around you are expressing pride in your growth rather than pointing out how far you have left to go.

i don't really use social media at all, but it's kind of cathartic to make a post once in a while. it's like journaling but in a more public way.

I did a ton of family research today to build my own family tree, and I found out that I'm more native than i thought I was c: if all my research is accurate, I should be 1/8 native, but if i messed up with my great grandpa and he's actually half native, that would make me 1/16 native ... ?
