Our latest paper by Sara Ayllón and Natalia Carralero (Universitat de Girona) studies to which extent gender norms influence different job characteristics that mothers and fathers have across 31 European countries.

Our latest study found that mothers, especially single mothers, face significant disadvantages in hiring processes. We used a factorial survey experiment in four European countries to identify how this discrimination is shaped.

People with health limitations face unique challenges in the labour market.
