I might be misunderstanding your question, but Johnson doesn't have a roll in certifying individual House elections. He has control over the timing of swearing in a new member during this session, but this session ends on (I think) 3 January 2027.

Sure-- that's the question Popehat is initially posing, though. What *will* work (that can be done)? It didn't take an abrogation of the First Amendment post-WWII.
