Took me a bit to find out what it's actually called: hand tiller, twist tiller, claw tiller, or hand cultivator, apparently. For breaking up/aerating soil. Never used for its intended purpose, but works well on ice. No overhead swinging like a pickaxe, either, although I wish we had both!

We found one of these tiller tools in the back of the garage. It worked well at jabbing into the ice and then twisting it to break the ice up.

What gets me is that the father and son are clearly interested enough in the game to be watching it, but only the wife is attending the game. I can imagine scenarios where that's plausible (maybe she's there with work friends!) but it definitely makes the whole thing more confusing.

Three-judge district court

Just wanted to also note that Judge Menendez was a career federal public defender before she went on the bench, so she certainly doesn't have a background of automatically deferring to the government. And, she argued at SCOTUS twice in the same term; she's very sharp.

My first thought was that he messed up the apostrophe, but now I think he didn't mean the convenience of all the voters, just "the voter's convenience," and he sees himself as the only voter (or person) whose needs matter. And if his candidate loses, it will be against "the will of the voter's."
