Minneapolis police have revised the total count of victims in the August shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church to 30. Authorities had previously reported 23 victims. Police said Wednesday they’ve increased their count, as more people have reported injuries.

If there is one brief that will spook John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett from doing something that will disrupt the economy and their stock portfolios, it is this one.

(The Supreme Court doesn't deal in law much these days, so arguments about real-world consequences can help.)
