Interestingly, there is a post-Geo Chevrolet Tracker behind the E24. I saw it drive by moments later, but I didn't realize the Geo connection until just now.

A beautiful end to an evening walk. Turbo Sprint (PrEO Metro) and a 635CSi.

Funny you mention that... 🤔😂

We are so back...

I'm excited to live by myself for the first time in 15 years 😊

I blame my coworker for getting me addicted to scented candles. But at least they were on clearance! 😅

Eww, just as gross as those old G-Body 959 kits

Sad girls 🤝 Sad boys

I swear Karma is not my Kink, I just really love the song (and video).

Definitely the Gravel Express. It's the turbo Crosstrek that Subaru still won't give us.

Soooo cool that there was an SR20DET powered hot Nissan Stanza in Japan! The Bubble Era never ceases to amaze me. 🤩

986 Boxster is the perfect car. Mid engine balance, convertible, just enough power.

XK120. I always love seeing an old guy pull up to a meet with his flat cap and his arm hanging over the door.

My Ranger keeps on ticking, despite my neglect. But the truck I really wish I'd kept forever was the 1997 Nissan Hardbody that my mom bought new. I learned to drive stick on it and she gave it to me in 2016. I think I sold it in 2018 or so because I wasn't using it, still regret that.

Weird Car BS, who was Phillipe Cousteaux and why did Suzuki Germany have a trademark on his name and sell various Phillipe Cousteaux special editions over the years?
November 16, 2024 at 6:32 PM
Ah yes, like when I "towed" my dad's camper with my Boxster. 😂

My OHOAT! shipment is here and it's so beautiful! My ex used to do all the decorating and this is the first art I've ever purchased. 🥲

Thanks @saab.bsky.social for making such beautiful art and for the bonus bumper sticker!

Today, on what would have been my grandma's 103rd birthday, it feels great to have the watch she gave me for Christmas in 1991 fully restored and back on my wrist. She's been gone 24 years, but I can still think of her any time I look at the watch.

I always thought the 2+2 looked so awkward, but then I saw Detective Katagiri step out of his Fairlady Z in Tokyo Vice. Now I'm obsessed with the aesthetic. 😍

Yesterday, I took my park district's 4x4 training course. 8 hours of education and fun in an OHV park. I had never driven a 4WD truck off road before and I had so much fun!

I'm forever a GMT800 stan; this truck is so much nicer to drive than the newer F150s and Rams we have. 😍

That being said, I won't kick a Hardbody out of bed...

The thing is, I'm never NOT in the mood for Tacos

And a very honorable mention to my mom, a certified car girl. She bought a '72 Gran Torino brand new at 18. More recently, she daily drove a 987 Cayman for 13 years. One time she sweet-talked Laguna Seca security into a pace car ride for all of us, despite lack of credentials.

Definitely my pops (pictured here in 1970s Miami with my grandma and his 914). He and my grandparents used to camp at Sebring every year. I grew up going to Laguna Seca every August.

Since I was a kid he's had Maximas, E46 BMWs, a VW GTI, and now a Porsche 996 and 986.

Is there any finer Saturday morning grocery getter than a 356 Speedster?

After 33 years of wearing quartz watches, I've purchased my first mechanical. I'm in love with the size and feel of this Seiko.

I have absolutely no need for one, but my heart still wants an S13.
