That is the Brandywine river view of The Hagley Museum - I believe the first home of the DuPont family when they arrived from France, and believe it or not, the site of a gunpowder factory. If you look closely you can see a yellow box car on the side of the river.

This is the river view of The Hagley Museum. You should check out the info for their (closed to the public) "lost" garden called Crowninshield Garden that they are in the process of refurbishing.

into schools & programs to support the kids who REALLY need it. Then if they earn a scholarship might be able to keep up once in college. Kids from disadvantaged schools may earn the $ but have a hard time keeping a 3.0 because of the substandard education they got compared to wealthier kids.

Georgia has the Hope Scholarship that pays for state college if a student earns a 3.0 in HS, but has some flaws. GA uses the lottery to fund it. Anyone who qualifies can get it. So kids from families who can afford college get it as well as those who really need it. GA should put more of the $ /1

I think it worked for mine because she quote/commented instead of just commenting. So it looks like this technique only works on it like that. Not sure though. Still learning.

Not certain what being "ubiquitous" has to do with what I wrote. Just the opposite in fact. So maybe someone else can explain it better than me.
