"The Light" - a reminder for this week

some days, it’s easy to forget.
to shrink, to dim, to let the world feel too heavy.
but the light is always there.
in you. in me. in all of it.

staring at the screen.
scrolling past things you don’t care about.
standing in the kitchen, knowing you should eat but not moving.
stuck energy doesn’t always look dramatic.
sometimes it’s just… nothing.

before my brain caught up, my body already knew.
the dread before a “yes” I didn’t mean.
the tension in my jaw before an old pattern replayed.
the exhaustion of forcing what wasn’t mine to hold.
the body speaks.
the question is—do we listen?
