Depression is real. It’s not tangible like an amputated leg or hair falling out from cancer treatment, but it is real. And, it is an illness. A TREATABLE illness. #mentalhealth

Going back to work after losing a close family member is definitely not spoken of enough

Four months after my son died I am still struggling to get back to work. I had no idea it would be this hard.
