The investigation into the AA aircraft crash is just starting and both the president and VP are blaming DEI. Trump also blames the helicopter crew for not stopping. This is dangerous. We need the real root cause to ensure it doesn’t happen again and get answers for the families.

It’s a mockery of everything we stand for that Trump will recite the oath of office to include defending the Constitution, and he will do it in the very same building that his followers tried to overturn an election. That’s why I will not waste my time watching the inauguration.

I thought a lot about Zuck’s change to FB. I left X because it got so bad with hate and misinformation. I still use FB/IG to maintain ties with remote friends and family. Also, I don’t buy into cancel culture/boycotts. So I will give it some time. If it gets really bad, then I might leave.

So I just hear Zuckerberg make an announcement that sounded almost the same as what Musk said when he took over Twitter. Meta sites will now be able to spew the same garbage as X. And the only people who get pissed at fact checking are the ones who post misinformation.
