In my personal experience, I prefer Turso due to the DX.

It’s an SQLite DB, so it currently has a single write database. In the future, there should be read replicas like Turso, but for now, there aren’t any. That said, it offers a very generous free tier for multi-tenant databases. With the Pro plan, you can have up to 50,000 databases.

The other day, I was thinking about creating an adapter package like Drizzle, but for email APIs. AWS SES is a pain to use, so something that lets you set your preferred email provider via an env variable while keeping the same methods would be great.
