I can't find when I first came across Sarah Kendzior. I was already following her in 2016 when she published this brilliant article. Even though I tried to remember what was normal it got really hard as times got darker.

Hiding is my current read. She is an amazing writer. I too am from the Midwest. My daughter lives outside St Louis. I can relate to her on many levels.
