I'm trying to sort out a plastic sleeve. And some notepaper. Don't worry. But... You need me to provide dice?!
paulbaldowski.bsky.social
Heck no! Bring notepaper. These are originals. No pens! 😲

And my assessment, without qualification, is that it's a neurodivergent trait within the scope of ADHD, but that's just me.

Necessarily expecting it to be used at the table. I mean, I have an A4 page of the Ship's Store. Players get a 4-page character portfolio. I've listed the entire crew of The Narwhal.

How much will we use? I suspect very little. But, I feel the show matters when you Run Out the Game!

To a degree, the prep for Run Out the Guns! has been easy. In the case of the ship, it's just a scan of a page from the game.

However, other elements have required scanning, text extraction, and then pasting that into Word.

The best part is that I'm looking to create the experience, but not

If you wanna see indie creators succeed, remember you can always write reviews, talk about your play experience, do shoutouts, plenty of stuff that helps so much since there's only so many places that offer us outreach, especially if we are outside of the D&D/OSR space

Everyone deserves cake and coffee for their birthday (heck, it might be nice to have more regularly).

Please head to itch.io/s/160877/wh-... and pick something up.

Fil had her jab on Saturday and it has hit rather hard. I know, it's the natural reaction given someone just pumped you with a micro-flu and it's better than full blown flu, but it's darned inconvenient 😵‍💫

Unless you're making a flying visit to Manchester, I think I'll be safe.

I love a highly portable pen or pencil, but damn it, I wasted an hour this morning trying to fathom where my Wren had gone (far right).

Tucked away in a pocket of my pen case. But, really tucked.

You don't even have to involve your mind's eye then, Tim. Just appreciate the tofu as pictured.

For reference, this is the tofu bento breakfast. I didn't take a picture this morning... because I already had this one! Just replace the tofu, in your mind's eye, with tender slices of beef.

Chocolate mocha shake for brunch? Yes, please.

Teamed up with a tasty breakfast bento with beef. Perfect start to Sunday.

A wall with a recess for a single book—it feels like a recipe for insanity. On the one hand, which book? On the other hand, does the space allow for two or three thinner books? Is there a third hand that leaves me pondering whether any nearby houses don't use their book slot, and whether I can rent?

For those that are interested, my first week will involve a return to the reading tool hack intended to focus the eye on the line and, ideally, that above and below. You draw the narrow point, like a fingertips, at speed. Or something along those lines.
A single wooden chopstick on a black surface. The blunt end of the chopstick is marked "Manual Reading Guide" in black ink.
