I used to love Dark Shadows when we moved to Jamaica and I was small. All us kids gathered around one TV of an evening, waiting for the eerie music to begin. Tracked it down again a decade ago, through Barnabas Collins the vampire, and I couldn’t work out what had held me so entranced as a boy.
