Part of making a breakup album for ex-friends entailed writing songs that are TO them, not just about them. There’s a lot I’ll never get to ask them, that I wish I had to clarity to inquire at the time, and most of those questions boil down to this. Maybe you can relate?

I think it’s also worth noting – because I think this is sometimes taken for granted with artists – that I worked really REALLY hard on this music. It’s rich, it’s dense, it’s layered, and it took a looooong time.
