I just hate that we keep leap frogging through Ahsoka's life. Skipping over major events, not even a line of dialogue to give us a hint of what she's been doing. A flashback, something, anything. Where was this character during these major events? What impact has she had on the galaxy?

So much of this show is about the relationship between Master and Apprentice but we never see Ahsoka and Sabine's true Master/Padawan bond. We are told a lot about it but we never see nor do we see what drove them apart.

They could've made a mirror between Baylan/Shin and Ahsoka/Anakin or Sabine

Watching Tales before does help give us back story to Morgan and help with her motivation. I wish more of that had been in this show to begin with however.

My biggest issue is the same as with The Acolyte, 8 episodes just isn't enough time to really dig into these characters and the setting.

Thrawn is still just not a threat at all. Part of this is the prequel problem, I know the New Republic survives, I know the Empire loses, and Thrawn is not a major galactic threat nor is he part of the First Order, so I know going in he loses and it's a safe assumption that our heroes survive.
