This non-invasive test, being developed by @imperialcollegeldn.bsky.social, could be a game-changer for early detection of this silent killer.

They've grown by 50% in 5 years, now serving 15,000 patients. I was keen to understanding the challenges of this growth and the qualities that attract so many people.

Last week, I visited the East Birmingham Locality Hub with NHS Birmingham and Solihull.

This brilliant pilot is bringing NHS and community care together under one roof, making it easier for patients to get the support they need.

Black women are 2.3 times more likely to die in childbirth than white women, with racism a core driver of this disparity.

That’s why we’re demanding urgent action on culture, workforce shortages, data and leadership.
