I don't want to brag, but when you order enamel pins from my shop (no US orders still, sorry) this tiny pizza box is what they ship in (inside an envelope).

Carla went to the paint shop to get some paint mixed, & the person working asked her about the Peace Worm pin on her jacket. Then asked "Wait is it wearing a hat?!" So she said "My husband makes them, & sells them on his website" to which this awesome person replied "WHERE IS THIS FUCKING WEBSITE?!"

I've had a few people ask me about this Big Suit (So Making Sense) pin recently, which I'm sold out of.

Keeping in mind that at the moment I'm not shipping to the US, should I make more of these? (I'm still looking into options for shipping small things lettermail to the US if possible)

I am once again asking for your strength and support in refraining from buying these haunted boys.

Friends, family, well-wishers for my finger.. the cursed tool that slashed me up, despite a complete lack of sharp edges or corners.

Here's a little in-progress detail from a fun project I'll be sharing tomorrow. 🐇🐸🎶

What if I bought this haunted painting on marketplace?
(I'm not going to, but what if I did)

So, if you were ever considering purchasing a print, a pin, a shirt, etc.. May I humbly & without pressure suggest that now would be a lovely time to do so? Here's a few of my recent favs!

Hi! Here’s a little personal peek behind the curtain for you - I just got hit with a BIG tax bill that I was unprepared for.. Poor planning? Yes! Unreliable executive function skills? You bet! And so I have added a number of new things to Ye Olde Shoppe!

My sister and I have a new game that she invented where we text her 12 year old kid random Gen Alpha slang and she does not care for it.

I need to curb my impulse to buy silly things on marketplace but also I need these handmade chicken planters

I've never seen him but wanted to for like 25 years!!

Just saw an ad on marketplace for a "Never Worn ALF Hat" and you can't imagine my disappointment to learn this is what they were talking about.

Hahahaha ok I don't have time to get these in the shop yet but he's here and i love him. Coming soonish.

Here's a full image of my crowning achievement, the "Beach for the Stars" towel. It's 60x30", and FRANKLY, it's bonkers. I genuinely had a blast illustrating every square inch of this baby.

I’ve been super lucky to get to work with the extra fine folks at my favourite podcast network @maximumfun.org a number of times over the last few years, & this year, I was thrilled that they asked me to work with them on the branding for their 90s / Spring Break themed MaxFunDrive 2025!

Thanks again to Nimbus & Michelle for being great to work with, as well as the jurors & team at Applied Arts Mag for selecting my work!
March 14, 2025 at 2:52 PM
Also selected for the 2025 Applied Arts Illustration Awards, was my illustration work for Lobster’s Vacation, written by Michelle Robinson and published by @nimbuspub.bsky.social . This was a really fun project, and I’m happy to have it included!

Happy to say that I had two pieces of work selected for inclusion in the 2025 Applied Arts Illustration Awards! The first selection was this cosmic key art that I made for A Little to the Left - Seeing Stars, (@maxinfernogames.bsky.social) and it was one of my favourite projects of the last year!

Fun news! "Lobster's Vacation" by Michelle Robinson, & illustrated by myself has been included in the Summer Reading Club's Recommended Reads list! As a former library worker who *loved* working Summer Reading Club, it's pretty cool to be included!
